Welcome to my personal website!
I would like to formally welcome you to my personal website! The purpose of this website is for you to get to know me a bit better; both professionally and personally.
I truly believe in the philosophy of being a jack of all trades. My curiosity to continuously learn and develop is what motivates me to never settle. At my core, I am a digital strategist who has the ability to implement initiatives which meet the organization’s long-term vision. A great example of this was when I helped launch Online Grocery Pickup at Walmart Canada (www.walmart.ca/grocery) in 2015. This initiative has been a game changer in the $100 billion Grocery Industry in Canada for years to come and it is a pillar for Walmart Canada’s growth and development as it moves forward. With this experience, I was the marketing lead for Cartly.ca and led the Online Grocery business for Metro Inc. in Ontario and Quebec.
Additionally, working as a Management Consultant at Accenture Digital, I was exposed to quite a few different technologies which were focused on solving large-scale business challenges.
To summarize, my vast and varied experience has led me to successfully develop and lead businesses which have centred around the digital marketing and eCommerce space.
Superhero Power:
Superman is my favourite comic book superhero because let’s face it, he can pretty much do anything. Although I cannot fly or have superhuman strength, my superhero power is something that Superman himself would be proud of; the ability to adapt and thrive in any situation. As a former Consultant, I have the uncanny ability to ramp-up, develop strong internal and external relationships and know how to get the job done.
My new interest: Web 3.0
During the pandemic, I have become immersed in the Web 3.0 space, mostly, in the NFT space. I was an early adopter of NBA Topshot and now dabble in Ethereum NFTs, including being part of the Mutant Ape Yacht Club.
I also believe that the underlying technology of the blockchain, similar to AI, will upend a lot of the current way many industries operate.
